Yes. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard 128 bit encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. You can tell if a connection is secure if the URL in the location bar starts with "https". The 's' means the site is secure. All browsers will also indicate that the site is secure by displaying a padlock either in the location bar or at the bottom of the browser window. Double clicking on the padlock will allow you to view the SSL certificate, which among other things will tell you the owner of the SSL certificate and who issued it. Our SSL certificate was issued by Geotrust.

We except all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We currently do not accept checks, or money orders.

We will match prices from other authorized dealers if an item has a lower advertised price. Click on the Detail of the item(s) you would like to match price and click on Pricematch Protection! Fill out the form and we'll get right back to you.

We must be asked prior to placing an order whether we will meet a lower advertised price. The new price is valid only for that transaction. We do not offer a price guarantee that the accepted matched price is valid for any period of time except for the date of the original transaction.

Please note Pricematch Protection is only available for authorized retail stores/websites. Rebate and discount prices that violates the MAP (Minimum Advertized Price) Policy of manufacturers are not available for PriceMatch.

Cycle Fixx will replace any defective item with the same item, within 14 days of the original purchase. Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in stockable condition with all bags and tags intact, and returned within 14 days of purchase. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt. To return any item, please contact us for a return authorization number.

Cycle Fixx will only cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. If a non defective item is returned for exchange, a shipping charge via UPS Ground of $7.95 will apply to reship the new item.

Unused items with tags intact can be returned for a refund less shipping fees and a 10% Restocking Fee. Cycle Fixx cannot assume liability for lost or damaged return shipments. There are no exchanges or refunds on used saddles or opened DVD's unless they are defective.

UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes. We ship military APO's, AK, HI & PR USPS priority mail at the above rates. UPS is not an option for these states.

And we ship Fast! For items in stock we ship the same day if order is received by 12 PM ET. Items on back order can take 2-3 business days to ship.

Please note overnight delivery is only for the lower 48 states. For overnight shipments on handlebars and windtrainers please email for cost. For overnight shipments to Hawaii and Alaska please email for cost.

NYC customers are welcome to pick up their items at our warehouse on West 86th Street. Simply call us. Also we offer FREE same day delivery to New York City customers between 96th street and 42nd street on orders over $500. This service is available Monday-Friday only on items in stock and does not apply to exchanges, or returns. Orders must be placed by noon. Please call/email if you would like to know if you can receive same day delivery on your order.

Oversized items, such as Windtrainers and Wheels, are shipped via UPS Ground.

Please note, if a non defective item is returned for exchange, a shipping charge via UPS Ground of $7.95 will apply to reship the new item.

Everything listed on the site is usually available for immediate shipment. In the rare case we are temporarily out of stock on the item you ordered, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and you will be given the option of canceling the transaction. If you decide to proceed with the transaction and wait until the item is available for shipment, you will be given a coupon good for 10% off your next order.

Yes. You will need the Order ID #and the e-mail used to place the order, both of which can be found in the order confirmation e-mail that was sent to you. In that same e-mail you will find a link to the Order Status Page.
